Payment
A 40% deposit is required to reserve an apartment. We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, & travelers checks. The balance is due upon arrival. All taxes and fees are included.
Cancellation policy
A $40 processing fee is charged for any cancellation.
- Low season rentals, cancellations must be made within 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- For Mid season rentals, cancellations must be made within 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- And for Summer-High season rentals, cancellations must be made within 30 days prior to your arrival date.
- During the July & August time period, rental deposit is only refundable if apartment is re-rented in the event of cancellation. For all other times, refunds are only given for cancellations made within the specific time frame listed above.
Extra guests : $20 per person per night for more than 4 people per apartment. Children 12 and under are no additional charge.
